BOOST YOUR MEMORY POWER

ohhhh, long time not writing makes my hands scratchy XD


i wanna tell you about "HOW TO BOOST your memory power"
end of this year some people may preparing themself for the exam, now, i got the tips to improve our memory power, CHECK IT OUT


1. RELAXS AND CALM
   before memorizing the material, calm your self and to do things that make your brain relax like closed
   your eyes and breathing,couse the memory can be stired longer if we relaxed


2. REPETITION
   Repetition is the most effective way to embed information into our memory 


3. USE ACRONYMS
     make an acronym to make it easier to memorize the meterial 


4. DRINK ENOUGH FLUIDS
    male sure tou drink enough water. Dehidration can harm your ability to store new memories. but,
    avoid fizzy drinks because soda can make you tired faster


5. SCHEDULE YOUR STUDY TIME
    study when you're most priductive. Knowing the range of your effective study time


6. SLEEP RIGHT AFTER STUDYING
    studies have shown sleeping between studying and testing is the best way to do well on test. If lack
   of sleep, our brains can't work optimally, especially to memorize


7.  EXCERCISE REGULARLY
     excercise increases blood flow to the brain, about 30-40 minutes to jogging, swimming, dancing, 
     or other phisycal activity 


8. TAKE MEDICINES ONLY IF REQUIRED
    there are types drugs that can lower your memory, includes an atntidepressant, anthisithamin, and      
    various types of medication for high blood
