When She Cry










If a woman is crying front of you,
That means she can not hold it anymore.
If you hold her hand when she cried,
He will stay with you throughout your life.
If you let it go,
she will never come back again to his old self.
Forever ....

A woman will not cry easily,
Except for the very front of people she cares about. He became weak.
A woman will not cry easily,
Only if he really loves you, she will bring her ego down.

Men, if a woman ever cried because of you,
Please hold her hands with understanding.
She is the one who will remain with you throughout your life.

Men, if a woman crying because of you.
Please do not waste it.
Perhaps because of your decision, you ruin her life.

When she cries in front of you, As she cried because of you,
Look at her eyes ....
Can you see and feel the pain she felt?
Think ....

Any woman who would cry with lagikah pure, full of compassion,
In front of you and because of you ......She cried not because he was weak
She was not crying because she wants sympathy or pity
She cried,
Because crying silently is not possible anymore.

It's time to see what you've done for him,
Only you know the answer ....

Because someday
It may be too late to regret,

Ketika Wanita Menangis







Jika seorang wanita menangis dihadapanmu,
Itu berarti dia tak dapat menahannya lagi.
Jika kamu memegang tangannya saat dia menangis,
Dia akan tinggal bersamamu sepanjang hidupmu.
Jika kamu membiarkannya pergi,
Dia tidak akan pernah kembali lagi menjadi dirinya yang dulu.
Selamanya….

Seorang wanita tidak akan menangis dengan mudah,
Kecuali didepan orang yang amat dia sayangi. Dia menjadi lemah.
Seorang wanita tidak akan menangis dengan mudah,
Hanya jika dia sangat menyayangimu, Dia akan menurunkan rasa egoisnya.

Lelaki, jika seorang wanita pernah menangis karenamu,
Tolong pegang tangannya dengan pengertian.
Dia adalah orang yang akan tetap bersamamu sepanjang hidupmu.

Lelaki, jika seorang wanita menangis karenamu.
Tolong jangan menyia-nyiakannya.
Mungkin karena keputusanmu, kau merusak kehidupannya.

Saat dia menangis didepanmu, Saat dia menangis karnamu,
Lihatlah matanya….
Dapatkah kau lihat dan rasakan sakit yang dirasakannya?
Pikirkan….

Wanita mana lagikah yang akan menangis dengan murni, penuh rasa sayang,
Didepanmu dan karenamu……
Dia menangis bukan karena dia lemah
Dia menangis bukan karena dia menginginkan simpati atau rasa kasihan
Dia menangis,
Karena menangis dengan diam-diam tidaklah memungkinkan lagi.

Lelaki
Pikirkanlah tentang hal itu
Jika seorang wanita menangisi hatinya untukmu,
Dan semuanya karena dirimu.
Inilah waktunya untuk melihat apa yang telah kau lakukan untuknya,
Hanya kau yang tahu jawabannya….

Pertimbangkanlah
Karena suatu hari nanti
Mungkin akan terlambat untuk menyesal,
Mungkin akan terlambat untuk bilang ‘MAAF’!!

How to Overcome Sadness

1. List everything in your live and thankful for and be happy. put some humor in your life! don't make any big decisions while you're in this state. Do something that you enjoy or that will keep you busy, like cleaning your room or read your favorite books.
2. Try to make some plans with your friends. Don't expect too much of your self. Face the things ghat you're dreading. Once you do, you're bound to feel a lot better. Relax. Tak along walk by yourself to think things over or listen to shooting music. Be sure to get enough sleep by goinf to bed and waking up at a reasonable time. Being tired makes you feel more stressed and irritated, especially around others.
3. Give someone a hug. Everybody likes to get a huge once in a while. It'll make both of you feel good. Talk to someone you trust about what you are feeling, the can help you sort throught your emotions
4. Get some exercise. When you do execise, your body makes more special chemicals called endorphins that help you improve your mood. You may also eat "CHOCOLATE". 
5. Eat healtier meals and snacks. A good diets helps you both physically and mentally.
6. Set realistic goals. Always take things one step at a time. Stop worrying about things that may naver happen. Get involved with thing you like to do. Make time for fun
7. Don't yry to get rid of your bad thoughts especially in loss of loved one by fighting them whwn they came to your mind. just let them move throught your head, think of them , but don't let them take control of you.
8. Cry. Remembering that you're not alone and combined with tears of sadness actually wipe out your negative emotions. Don't be afraid to do this.
